We offer three convenient ways of ordering:
Online, By Phone,or By Fax
Most orders generally ship within 24 hrs (excluding weekend and holidays). We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa or American Express online, by phone or fax.
To contact us with a question about ordering, please call us at 800-567-5898 or e-mail us.
To order online: Order online at www.ImperialTea.com. We follow standard Web protocols to ensure that any financial information you give us remains secure. If you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card information to us over the Internet, you still can shop online: You will choose 'Fax Order In' or 'Call Me' option as payment method when you check out, then you will either leave us your call back number or print out the order and fax it in.
To order by phone: Call 800-567-5898 from within the US and Canada, 11am to 6:30pm daily (except Tuesday)
Outside North America, please call 415-788-6080. And remember you can always shop online and by choosing 'Call Me' as payment method at check out, you will have your order completed by phone.
To order by fax: Shop online and choose 'Fax Order In' as payment method at check out. Print the facsimile Order Form and fill out your name (as it appears on your credit card), your credit card number , expiration date and your signature. Fax to 415-788-6079 . Please be sure to include your phone or fax number in case we need to contact you.

| Return Policy |
All products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply call Customer Service toll free at 800-567-5898 or e-mail us within 30 days of delivery of your order, we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money (we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.) Returns are processed upon receiving the complete product back to us. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging along with your receipt.

| Shipping Policy |
All orders within United States will ship via UPS except those addressed to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, rural addresses, Guam, US Virgin Isalnds, Hawaii and Alaska , which will ship via the United States Postal Service. You will still need to select "UPS Ground" as your shipping method during checkout, however, your order will ship via USPS and you may experience couple days delay compared to regular UPS ground shipping.
