My husband talked me into doing this, as I’m not really an adventurous person. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but soon got the hang of it. Riding through the forest was great fun! We got absolutely covered in dust though 😂 Definitely don’t wear your favourite clothes. Really glad we gave it a go.

Booked this for my daughter because she absolutely loves horses. She was so happy! The horses were lovely and the staff were really patient with us. We also got some beautiful photos taken while riding. My daughter hasn’t stopped showing them to everyone back home 🥰

12 Islands Boat Trip, Fethiye
We spent most of our holiday relaxing at the hotel, so thought we’d try a boat trip. Turned out to be a really good choice. Beautiful little bays, clear water and plenty of opportunities to swim.
My wife loved sitting on deck with her book while I was in the water most of the time. Nothing complicated, just a nice relaxing day. Bring sunscreen though, I definitely underestimated the Turkish sun!

Saklikent Canyon & Gizlikent Waterfall
The canyon was probably one of my favourite places we visited in Turkey! Walking between those massive rocks with freezing cold water around your feet is quite an experience.
We nearly wore our normal sandals, which would’ve been a terrible idea. Water shoes are definitely the way to go.
The waterfall was beautiful too, although getting there involved a bit more walking than I expected. My legs were tired afterwards, but the photos were worth it! 😄
